Train Ministry of the National Guard (MNG) personnel to conduct the management and operation of designated maintenance management tasks related to General Support Maintenance Unit shops and sections. Works under the direct supervision of the Chief, GSMU Training Section.
B. Independence: Acts under the supervision of the General Support Maintenance Unit Training Section Chief.
C. Supervisory Responsibilities: One or more Assistant Trainers, Maintenance Management.
A. Education Level: High School graduate. Military maintenance management training or equivalent civilian experience in managing maintenance.
B. Experience: A minimum of 4 years’ experience in maintenance management positions, military or civilian.
C. Specific knowledge, skills, abilities and requirements: Knowledge of managing maintenance at DS or GS levels in the military or equivalent civilian environment, including workflow, work force, parts and tools; ability to communicate effectively in oral and written forms; computer literate. Must possess a valid US driving license and be capable of obtaining a KSA driver’s license.
