Develops performance based measures supporting quality assurance surveillance initiatives. Responsible for the Directorate Headquarters Information Management (IM) system. As required, works with the Office of the Program Manager-Saudi Arabian National Guard Modernization Program, Program Management Division, Integration Branch. Responsible for Directorate Performance Work Statement (PWS) Contract Data Requirements List (CDRL-deliverables) data management and preparation. Staff proponent for New Equipment Training (NET) staff actions, and ongoing Light Armor Vehicle-Family of Vehicles (LAV-FOV) sustainment requirements. Staff proponent for Directorate reports to comply with International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and Export Administration Regulations (EAR) requirements.
B. Independence: Performs duties under the supervision and guidance of the Deputy Director; performs within broad objectives and with significant choice of methods/procedures.
C. Supervisory Responsibilities: Supervises the Sustainment Analyst.
A. Education Level: Graduate of a Command and General Staff College (MEL 4) is required.
B. Experience: Former U.S. Army, U.S. Marine Corps or Air Force officer with staff experience at the brigade, regiment, flight or group level headquarters. Experience in one or more of the following functions: Sustainment and Services, force development, quality assurance surveillance plans, ITAR and EAR.
C. Specific knowledge, skill, and ability requirements: Must have exceptional organization and communication skills; excellent problem solving skills, ability to synchronize requirements and de-conflict issues; extensive experience with MS Office programs and Vizio; Utilize project skills to synthesize information from various disciplines or issues, and develop and present Microsoft office based staff products; interpersonal skills; demonstrated capability to work in bureaucratically challenging/multi-cultural environment and team with outside agencies.
