Deputy/Operations Officer and Principal assistant and to the Community Services Solutions Manager. Assist in planning, coordinating and managing the logistical, life support and subcontracted service quality assurance functions performed by the Vinnell Arabia Community Services and Solutions Division (CSSD). Performs as Vinnell Arabia’s alternate focal point for Community services support at all Vinnell Arabia residential and work site locations. Establishes and maintains management systems which efficiently support sustainment of Vinnell Arabia work force, buildings and grounds and facilities maintenance.
B. Independence: Performs responsibilities under the management oversight of the Community Services Solutions Manager, with significant latitude for method of operations, within the framing guidelines and provisions of the prime contract, subcontract requirements, U.S. Federal regulations, and company policies,
C. Supervisory Responsibilities: Admin Secretary, Housing Personnel and MWR Coordinator
A. Educational Level: Associate Degree at Minimum, Baccalaureate Degree in business administration or related field of study preferred.
B. Experience: A minimum of 5 years experiences in logistics operation to include management and maintenance.
C. Specific knowledge, skills, ability, and requirements: A demonstrated ability to lead and mange. Prior successful leadership of personnel and professional development of employees. Demonstrated interpersonal skills, to include effective oral and written communications capabilities. Conversant with modern office automation equipment and software utilization. Computer Skills, Briefings and good communications.
